Find your way around

This video shows you around CertSuite if you’re seeing it for the first time.
It shows you where you see your list of jobs, and where you can manage your contacts, test instruments and your circuit templates.
It also shows you where you can provide an image of your signature and logos for your company and your accreditation body.

Getting Started

This video show you how to open a job, in this case it’s an EICR. Then you can add a board and a circuit, add results to them and add an RCD. It also shows how to add observations and how easy it is to fill in the Schedule of Inspections.

Using the menu

Why doesn’t CertSuite look like a certificate on screen? This video explains that and shows you how easy it is to fill in the different sections of a certificate. The great thing is that the entry screens are very similar no matter what the certificate looks like when it’s printed out

Create a board

Here we take and EICR and show you how to add several distribution boards very quickly, each with its own set of circuits and RCDs. It’s just the same for an MEW, EIC, or even an EVCIR (an EICR for an Electric Vehicle Charging Point) or EVCIC.
It shows you how to use a Circuit Template which as you’ll see, can save you loads of time
